Business Philosophy
When I first began my real estate career in 2001, I saw it as an opportunity to work with all kinds of people while helping them during one of the most important decisions in their lives, the purchase or sale of a home. Selling real estate has evolved into much more than just a business career: it is an experience I treasure everyday.
Patience balanced with perseverance is the approach I use with my clients in regards to their real estate needs. This involves taking the time to discover the client’s must have's plus their wish list while also educating them in all the details associated with buying and/or selling a home.
I have been asked if a certain price point is too low for me to assist with. The answer is unequivocally no! A real estate transaction is about the people involved, not the sales price of the property.
Aggressive negotating and a high level of professionalism are paramount in my business philosophy.
Education and Training
In addition to the mandated continuing education for Realtors, I am a Certified Residential Specialist which is a designation held by less than 5% of all Realtors in the country. I am also an E-Pro specialist, able to respond to the ever changing world of e-commerce as it relates to the real estate industry.
Always interested in learning more to benefit my clients, I am now working towards my Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation which will allow me to better serve clients looking to buy or needing to sell homes that are in the short sale process.
Awards And Designations
In 2008 my partner and I were in the Top 5 Partnerships for NRT Colorado and earned the status of President’s Circle International Elite 2008.
2007 we garnered the President’s Circle International Elite 2007, and were a Top 15 Team for NRT Colorado.
President’s Circle 2006 and Top 15 Individual for NRT Colorado were my 2006 awards.
My extensive training in sales, local market conditions, competitive analysis, contract negotiation and several other fields, have been essential for me to achieve this level of success as well as the best possible sales for my clients over the years.
